List of winter programs offered at the library in 2019.

Upcoming programs being offered at the public library. First program will be Saturday, February 2. Most programs are free with no cost, however there are two programs that require registration.

Sat, February 2 Healthy Eating Made Easy 9:30 am
     Tips to make healthy eating the easy choice and how to fit it into your everyday life. Presentation is on specific food options plus ideas for cooking healthy for 1 or 2. No cost. No registration. HyVee dietician, Danielle Groves is presenter.

Tues, February 5 Knit & Crochet - 2019 4:00 pm
     Work on your cozy, warm knitting and crochet projects, ask questions, or even learn to knit. Come & go. Meets every Tuesday. No cost. No registration.

Sat, February 9 Saturday Coffee 9:30 - 10:30 am
     Homemade treats, coffee and time to visit with friends and neighbors. Come & Go. Meets second Saturday of every month.

Sat, March 2 Slow Cooker Meals 10:00 am Registration requested in advance.
     Explore the benefits of the slow cooker, food safety tips, and meal ideas. Please register for this program. No cost. Barb Fuller, Iowa State Nutrition Specialist.

Sat, March 9 Saturday Coffee 9:30 - 10:30 am

Sat, March 30 Crilly’s Creations-Decorating Sugar Cookies 10:00 am
     Learn to decorate Easter themed cookies. You will take home 12 cookies.
     Cost $10. Register by March 20. See Crilly’s Creations Facebook page for examples.
