9:00 am - 2:00 pm on Sunday, May 17 - Plant Sale only

The annual Garden Fair is set for Saturday, May 16 from 9:00 am - 2:00 pm, and 9:00 am - 2:00 pm Sunday for plants only. Perennials  from local gardens, a variety of annuals for color, vendors with handcrafted goods, and Little Green Trailer food truck for lunch are all in the plans.

The plant sale will include perennials such as Tiger Kitten Daylily, horseradish, sweet basil, black eyed Susan, blue Veronica, Karl forester grass, sweet autumn clematis, daylilies, and star of Persia allium. There will also be a large variety of various lilies (check the library Facebook page for pictures), plus an assortment of annuals, and some vegetables such as Texas Tiny tomato plants.

This year the vendors will be selling wood items, hand loomed rugs, soaps, hand roasted coffee beans and more.

Please practice social distancing when attending this fundraiser for the public library. Everything will be outside and spread out to keep a safe six foot distance from other people. If you see several people around, wait a few minutes before approaching the area, wear a face mask if you want.

Join us on the west side of Orient at 118 Jackson St, the same location as previous years. Customer parking is north of the Garden Fair, not on the street. Handicap drop off only in driveway.

Stop by and tell your friends that the Little Green Trailer food truck will be at 118 Jackson St. in Orient for lunch on May 16th! Everyone is welcome!

Check the library website, or Facebook page (Public Resource Technology Center) for updates on the Garden Fair. Thank you for supporting this fundraiser!
